Here’s a workflow idea: take a super powerful groovebox VST like Reason and create awesome loops. Then, resample several takes of each instrument, to print enough material for a full arrangement in Ableton Live!
Here I do exactly this, and make a techno/house monstrosity in the honourable tradition of Kettama and FJAAK.
